Weight Loss
I started a determined campaign to lose 4 stone 10lbs on 19th November 2006. We're just approaching the end of Week 18 of Cakewatch, and I've lost more than half a stone....... I'm doing well, and I haven't stopped eating things I like. I'm feeling better, and I'm in the frame of mind which is going to get me down to the size I'll be happy with. Anyone else dieting at the moment? Comment here on this blog, or here on my other one for moral support! Spaniel xx

# Eat right and exercises regularly and also remember that most calories are the same; a hundred calories in a small dish of ice cream is the same as a hundred calories in low calorie cookies.

# Many people are constantly on a diet and for most of the time, after a certain period of time most of the weight comes back. On the other hand, those who take their weight seriously and who change their eating and exercise habits are those who will find themselves on a continuing wave of weight loss.

Well u ask ironloo but i guess i can tell somethings that u maybe already know about 6 pack.
To see 6-pack u need to have low % body fat , thats the most important. Diet is the most important for fat loss. Many people say 6-pack are made in the kitchen. U need to have a good diet, most important for me is to eat healthy but u maybe want to search more about it so u ll have ur 6-pack easier. Also cardio (for fat loss i think HIT is the best) is a must. Expect the body fat working out abs/core will help develop muscles so u will be able to see them easier. Getting things done is not always what is most important. There is value in allowing others to learn, even if the task is not accomplished as quickly, efficiently or effectively.
